Ummmm? I've BEEN to Korea... *Seoul was so COOL* but i'm afraid toilet paper wasn't a big part of the experience. My luggage was missing for two days! That was fun. :)
It's the restaurants. Every Korean restaurant you go to has toilet paper instead of paper napkins. The nicer places have a roll sitting out on each table. Until recently, however, their restrooms had none, and so you had to take some with you when you went to do your business.
