Fiction...and 'Angel'

Right, fiction first... I just put up a new S/X fic on my site. You can find Letters here. It's also at The Attic, which is Lazuli-Kat's Archive for her Excessant mailing list.

As for
Saw the new ep. last night and have to say, while the formula was a bit trite, i liked seeing everyone working together. I also really liked the Spike/Illyria dynamic. And i'm thinking that the 'finale' is gonna suck rocks.
*sigh*
O well.
Today it is overcast, raining, and lovely. Everything is green, all my iris are blooming, the house is clean, i have nothing to do but laze and read and write.
*subdued bounce* It's nice!

Except, in the 'Read Comments' part of the journal, the text now reads:
'As for Saw the ep...' Why is the word 'Angel' invisible/not there?

Whatever text you put in the cut tag to replace the usual 'Read More' doesn't show up in your post when people click on the link, so if you wanted the word 'Angel' to remain, you'd have to put something else, like 'spoilers', for example, in the cut tag text. Or you could just leave the 'Read More' thing instead of replacing it with text of your own.

I don't care about spoilers myself, 'cause I've seen the ep and am a big spoiler 'ho besides, but some folk are rabid about not being spoiled and you'll have ruined their life forever if they catch sight of the slightest spoiler. *g*

I care about spoilers but i'm...able to scan and ignore text that would spoil me!
I'm special that way. :)
And yeah, i know some very anti-spoiler people, so i'll remember in the future.

Letters was so great! Really romantic. I like it when Xander and Spike resolve their differences and then fall in love, rather than just have sex and decide everything's okay now. Its more realistic. I find it sad that the rest of the Scoobies gave up on Xander, but I guess that is what makes it so special that they have each other. Now they can get the best revenge on the Scoobies. Living well.

I'm glad you liked it.
I think my 'feeling' of Xander at the end of 'Buffy' was that he was dissatisfied with what was going on, and not really happy about the whole world-saving gig anymore. Off in Africa notwithstanding, i think he deserved to have his own life, if he chose.

you did the Angel thing right, we can't read it in the journal,but will be able to read it on the comments page.I'm thinking that's the way it's supposed to go.nd I'll try the copy and paste thingy!

Now that is probably so... I think when you click the 'Angel' thing it's supposed to take you to the comments page? I dunno. :)
