Hallo!
Yes, still plugging away at NaNo. It's...different. I find i'm a little dissapointed in all the forums and stuff - it's not nearly as interesting as i thought, and a lot of the questions are really *dumb*. Like 'help me name my character'. I mean - whaaa?
So really, LJ is much better at feedbacky, supporty kind of...stuff. BUT! It's still a big public commitment that i like to have hanging over my head *hee*, so...i'm glad i'm doing it.
I'm a little sad about my word count so far, but not much. I knew i'd have days i couldn't write as much as i'd like, or off days. So no big.

And last but not least - picspam! The first is this very cool 3-D puzzle that my mum and dad bought. They had about half done and had stalled out, so my sis and i sat down and finished it. It was neat! Never did one before. See the white ghost candle, and the little girl-witch and pumpkin-head guy candles? My mum bought those and a few more when i was like - not born. We've never burned them, but she puts them out *every year*. The big ghost? Cost .87 cents. Yeah.
Picture two is the Monstrous Bebe, holding two of the cupcakes she decorated. She and her two cousins each had eight to decorate. They had a *lot* of fun. That's my older brother in the background.

Hey, are we going to get a chance to continue reading your Nano novel? Sometime in the future, when you're ready? Of course I'm excited about the new Spander story too, but you did let us read the first bit of the Nano story so... I'm invested in it.

Cute cupcakes. They look yummy. Had to do a double take at the haunted house. Didn't even realize at first it was a puzzle. Very neat.

I know! The house was very cool. It's made of some sort of foam with paper over it and would have been a little easier to do if it had been just a little bit stiffer, but it was cool and very clever.
