Yes! i watched 'Bones'. Had to, really. Just like i'll watch 'Kitchen Confidential' and 'Smallville' *gods help me*.

I won't be watching the 'How I Met Your Mom'. Yes, my Willow-dislike spills over into real life!
*ahem*

Anyway - 'Bones'. I won't cut since i'm not gonna spoil. Yes, i liked. Forensics! Cops! Bones and bits and cool little laboratory thingies! I'm a sucker for a show like that. Is it awesome to see Mr. Boreanaz out in sunlight? Yes! He's fun, solid, not stiff and fits the role. I like.
Quirky lab assistants? Check.
Crusty FBI superiors? Check.
Slightly improbable plot thingies? Check. But they weren't too awful.

Our 'heroine' fits the role, too. She's not model-pretty, super-skinny, wearing heels and makeup to a crime scene. She puts her hair back in a ponytail! She wears Wellies in the mud! At last, a practical working woman who doesn't lean her cleavage and her long, silky hair down into a three-week-old corpse.

If they don't push the 'romance' aspect too hard too fast I will enjoy this immensely.
Oh! And if the museum where her lab is anything like that in real life? DAMN. I must go.

My mom and I actually watched it together in her room. She had just as much fun as I did. What surprised me was that she didn't make one comment about what the guys looked like. Guess there weren't enough bun shots for her.

Glad to see mom and I weren't the only ones having fun watching this show. It was nice to see her enjoying herself again.

I liked the very last shot, where she pushed him sideways. Now they just look like they're having fun! I liked the sexual tension. Just don't make it all lovey-dovey. OH! And I am so gonna remember that gal's move when I want to get attention from a ticketing agent!

Must admit am waiting in hope for it to arrive here, but imagine it won't be for awhile. I was intrigued when I heard about the Museum enviro and then I heard DB and thought, yep, MSTV (Must See TV)

I didn't watch Bones because I didn't get home in time, but Entertainment Weekly called Supernatural (roughly) "Buffy with more guys. But no Giles."

*cries* I hate living here sometimes. It'll be months before we get 'Bones' and I've tried to d/l, using the links [livejournal.com profile] suki_blue sent, at length and long after her bed-time, but it didn't work! I need a new browser or a new computer or ... something. :( Glad you enjoyed it, though. :) There's a good side to everything.

I wanted to watch, just for the eyepatch she wears, but--there was something else on I wanted to see, so--
