Zoned, so zoned...

So, after i got the Monstrous Bebe off to her last day of school, came home and...went back to bed. Until almost twelve-thirty. And then i got up and got the Bebe plus a friend and brought them home, and then went to the post office and got Bebe and friend some horrible drive-through food 'cause cooking for anyone sucks but cooking for somebody else's kid REALLY sucks.
Then, Bebe goes off with her friend and the house is deadly silent. And Cat lays down so he can recover from the dentist. And i write like a mad thing so i can finish the next chapter of 'Changes' and get it off to my beta FAST, so she won't hate me.
And now...I'm just all zoned and weird and...wondering where the hell the Bebe is, 'cause should it take this long to drive to Iberia? Grrrr...
Anyway.
I'm in a weird space.
Will probably work on the next installment of 'Credence' tonight, and might even post tonight.
But i also need to do dishes and vacuuming, so who knows.
Plus - nearly-summer! So the house is warm and muggy and ick.
*sigh*
What a whiner i'm being! Heh.
I like this 'changes' chapter, though. Sorta kinda. It might actually suck - i'm holding off on another read-through until my head is clearer.
*ponders*
Perhaps more lemonade.
Or perhaps i should actully STAND UP. Heh.
Plus, almost NONE of the journals i'm following are updating just lately, and i'm all paranoid and jonesin'!

And i need a new icon and i want SPIKE (knew it'd be like crack) but...can't force myself to troll for photos. Maybe a screen-cap off my lone 'Buffy' season DVD.

Yeah. The ep. with Cordelia? There were some flashbacks and stuff, made me REALLY want to see the first couple of seasons, especially Doyle. I know him only through fics, so - i'm excited. And early Cordy! She's so cute, and everybody looked so...happy, from time to time.
And then, yeah, Wesley.

I haven't seen the last 2 series of Angel because it moved from Channel 4, which I can get, to Channel 5, who apparently don't see the need to build transmitters down here in Bumfuck, Devon, so I don't/didn't get to see it. I know bits of what went on from other people's journals and online, but I haven't followed rabidly. I prolly wont know what went on until I buy the DVDs.

This is also why I have had the final ep of Buffy sitting ona tape ontop of my VCR since before Xmyth. I can't bring myself to watch it cos Spike dies and even though I know he comes back in Angel, I can't see it so it wont be real. (Yes, wuss, I know.)

OH, doesn't network tv suck? It's sucks.
I managed to actually see a lot of 'Buffy' cause i trolled the tvguide site DAILY and recorded stuff. They played stuff out of order, at different times, different days - took me forever, but i finally saw most of them.
Have seen only season five Angel.
And...you know? Go watch the last ep - it's okay, really!
'Cause he LIVES! :)

OH, believe me, i hated, hated, hated every SECOND of it. Almost as much as i hated about every second of season seven.
