Help!! I'm being held hostage by my girly parts!!

Gah.
Seriously, since about 3 a.m. Tuesday i've had 104 fever and rushing to the bathroom to upchuck and...
TMI.
Yeah, so not fun.
And it's all due to faulty girly parts and i'm SO tired of it.

Hrmmmmm....maybe i should set up a 'remove Tabaqui's girly parts' fund. That would be...different.
:)

Had to got to SKIP 260!! to catch up on my flist. Jayzus.
Now, back to the couch and some more gingerale. This'll all be over by tomorrow.
*glares at girly parts*
So. Lame.

Sorry to hear you're feeling poorly luv!! That girly thing sucks sometimes! Wish there was something I could do for you.

I need to email you to ask you a question, but I'll wait till tomorrow. Hopefully you'll be feeling better then.

Huggles and Snogs!

The girly part trauma does truly conspire against us females. I am feeling all of those years of easy periods and no PMS these past 3 or so years. And though I always knew that I was lucky in my 20's and early 30's when the whole menstrual thing was not such a big trauma - omg - I really didn't realize what a big trauma it could be. Hoping for a quick passing of it all. And hee - last week I was so hating my girly parts. What the hell? This being female thing shouldn't come with so many caveats, or something like that. *glares at your girly parts, too*

feel better soon, sweets.

So sorry, what a bother, shouldn't happen to anyone, let alone you.

I had all the misery and pain when I was a teenager, and then was on the pill for a long time in my twenties and thirties and somehow got past it; Now I'm teetering on the edge of cronehood and very occassionally get wiped out by an unexpected and painful period.

Hate it. There's a major design flaw somewhere.

Julia, as far as I'm concerned, the human female reproductive cycle is an unanswerable argument against intelligent design

hee! I found your post-script to your signature perfect in all respects. Well said.

It does seem like on something designed to last 60 to 100 years one would get a much better warenty than what comes with the human body!

So is the fever due to your normal cycle, or is this a routein event for you? Not fun. You could move to Oregon briefly to get the OHP to help, then move back home. :-) Hell, you could probably do the same thing with moving to canada, but I think they ask you more questions about how long you're staying and stuff like that than Oregon does.

I hope you'll feel better soon!

If you'd like, and if it would help any, I could ask my retired midwife (artheritis at 50 is interfering with her baby catching, she know all about those body warrenty problems!) if she'd diagnose or just make helpful suggestions on line. Or my women's health care nurse friend. If you don't already know what's going on. The fever would make me worry, but you're too far outside my range of information.

You could use my address to claim to live in Oregon without moving here, but the health care options are better next county up, and the commute would really be miserable. From your house that is.

OK, an email is sent. But I'll be talking to her in person in a couple days anyway, too. So I'll see what I can find out. Of course the ER doctors don't know. They didn't generally specialize in girly parts. At least not as part of their formal education.
Thursday, February 24th, 2005 01:33 am (UTC)
Well...uh...

*hugs you and snogs you*

Hope you feel better soon, love:)

Pssst, Brad. Your gender is showing. :-)

Gosh, and to think I never had a brother to pick on. This is fun. :-)
Thursday, February 24th, 2005 04:35 am (UTC)
Heh - I know. I mean, I get everything, but I still have no clue what to do in those situations. So, hugs for everyone:)
Thursday, February 24th, 2005 04:36 am (UTC)
Listen, agree, hug, repete as needed. :-)
Thursday, February 24th, 2005 04:37 am (UTC)
Well, you know what I mean. Heh.

"Well...uh..."

LOL. Just trust us on this one, having malfunctioning girly parts blows! It bites even when they're NOT malfunctioning.

been waiting for menopause for years!

Poor, poor you. I hope that by now you are feeling better. You are not alone, my girly parts give me nothing but grief as well. I think that when you are done with them, they should get taken out. Save me a lot of aggravation and vomiting(at least feeling like I could vomit. I'm vomit-phobic, haven't upchucked for over 15 years)

*puts fancy umbrella in your gingerale*

Can I be part of the fund? I want rid of my girly parts so bad. I was in horrible pain for months last summer, but the insurance company says, "Naaaaaah." I don't know if the pain is less, or if I've just gotten used to it.

((((Hugs)))) I hope you feel better soon.
Thursday, February 24th, 2005 03:39 pm (UTC)
It could be a "Yank your yucky useless girlee parts" lj.
Thursday, February 24th, 2005 03:03 am (UTC)
Had my girly parts taken out, much happy now. Thank God!
Thursday, February 24th, 2005 03:05 am (UTC)
I'm so sorry to hear you're feeling so awful. I'm worried about a fever that high lasting that long. I hope Cat and the Bebe are making sure you get plenty of fluids!

::hug::

I've called PBS; they're amassing volunteers to man the phones for your Remove Tabaqui's girly parts fund. Those donating over 100 dollars will receive a Spike luvs Xander pocket-protector and a beautiful lapel pin in the shape of a stake.

Feel better soon!
Thursday, February 24th, 2005 04:14 am (UTC)
*smooch*
Thursday, February 24th, 2005 04:37 am (UTC)
Ah, our girly parts seem to be synched. Or, as they say in these parts, I also have fallen to the Communists.

I think I'm seeing the first scouting parties of menopause, however, so it's all good. Still feels like my hip joints are trying to disassociate themselves sometimes, but it's been years since I've had cramps that put me on the floor.

A man wrote "I Enjoy Being A Girl," I'm sure of it.

You'll take 'Nessuno' and like it, missy!

When I can finally settle on a POV, dammit.

Good health vibes to the lower regions, ick.
Thursday, February 24th, 2005 05:35 am (UTC)
Ouch. I can totally commiserate with you, babe. Being a girl with evOL girly parts is...well, it's bad. And sucks. Hope you feel better.

...odd pRon, and rambling.

http://yearningvoid.net/insanity/granted.php

By odd i mean darkness where there should be lightness and spangles. An i gotta say i didn't go looking for this, i barely know who they are, but a little knowledge is enough in this case.

By rambling see immediate ramble. And following.

Hope you feel better soon T. I actually thought you sounded tres peculiar the other day - spoke to you a bit on LJ, and was a bit freaked out...every second 'word' was a '<3' hahahaha...realised it must have been the baby bear (breathed a sigh of relief that i hadn't said any bad slashgrrl stuff before i realised but still, the horror of what could have been! eeee...)
*pokes out an eye* .P
