Even though I would rather hide in a hole than go out into the miserable, muggy, bug-infested SUNSHINE. Like sunshine is such an amazing thing, wth.

ANYWAY. :D I thought i'd do it so i'd have an incentive to post more, like the Snowflake Challenge.

SO - the first challenge is Fannish Housekeeping but, to be honest, I don't have much of that to do.

I will, however, post this, because i think it's important, and it's also true. From my AO3: "Transformative works statement: I give blanket permission to podfic my work or create other fic, art, or etc., based on my fic, so long as your work contains a link back to my original fic. Please also leave a comment in the original and/or email me with a heads up."

I am looking forward to the third season of Stranger Things (on the 4th). I am *not* looking forward to morons with fireworks. I do get a four-day weekend, though. Whooo!

Also - pretty Chris Evans icon, because why not? :D

*hugs*

It is rather yuck outside. Fortunately I haven't had to be out in it much.

Morons with fireworks are annoying. I expect we're going to be hearing them at night starting today because it always begins before and ends after the 4th.

I hates the fireworks. LOL They're so loud, and they keep the kiddos awake.

I'm with you on the fireworks. My pusscat hates them. I honestly think they should only allow organised events. Very good on fandom housekeeping. I went and answered some comments on AO3 today so I figure that fits into it. :)

I'm glad you're joining in the challenge! As for literal sunshine, while I strongly prefer summer to winter, I'd rather be indoors or at least in a nice spot in the shade myself. :-)

Autumn is my favorite season… except for the part where I hate winter so I dread what's coming next after it. I want to live in a world that is perpetual October with maybe one hot day and one cold day a year to remind me why I love the autumn so much. (I suppose perpetual spring would be nice too. It's just that I'm usually still depressed from winter and while I'm grateful when the weather starts to improve, I don't really have the energy to do anything.)

I feel you. My apartment is crazy cold in winter and I have no control over the thermostat at all. I have plans to move when my lease is up next spring, but that means one more winter in the bitterly cold apartment. Not looking forward to that.
