*waves*
Okay, so. Now that i'm well along the way to 'normal', innards-wise, I have some leftover stuff that might interest someone out there. Luckily, i got some free stuff from the company that makes the appliances - they are *expensive*!! So....
I have a box and a half of the actual ostomy appliances. One is still sealed, the other is open but obviously, they're still fine to use. I believe there are fifteen altogether, with a box of ten being upwards of forty bucks at the pharmacy. These are for an iliostomy, so I dunno if they're interchangeable or not. Anyway, if you know anyone, PM me with info and I'll put the whole shebang in the mail. I don't want to just trash this stuff, since it's still totally useful and expensive - might as well save someone some money, eh? Or if you know of a place that takes donations of medical supplies, info would be useful.
Now, on a lighter note.... If you use an Android phone/device,
pretties_4u has been working with an old ACiD buddy to make animated wallpapers for Android users. They have two on the market so far:
Biomechanical Skull, with all sorts of 'glowing and scrolling FX' and
Arcane Sewer Demon, with scrolling glyphs and mist. :) I know nothing about such things, but apparently there are not a lot of 'dark' wallpapers out there - the trend seems to run more to pretty stuff and cute things, like pandas. So if you want to get your 'evil' on - there you go.
About eight more are in the works, and at .99 cents, it seems like a steal to me. So check it out! Maybe once he's finished all the WIP ones, he could make a fandom-oriented one.... :)
Enjoy!

those are very cool apps for people who can use such things- (which doesn't include me, with my limited phone)the demon is quite repulsive, lol.
There's probably a free clinic in the area that could use anything you care to donate, btw- that's what I did with my crutches and "boot"

I have the most primitive phone ever, but it works for me.
We have a clinic here, but it's far from free. I'm considering the Senior Center down the road. We shall see!
