Damn, this stuff is like crack. My hubby is ready to do an intevention, I think.

regardless, Have I mentioned lately how much I love you? This reads like poetry.and the way you fill out the story, make it so....complete? Brilliant. Glad that Anya gets to be happy. Completely bawling at Xander's angst over the immenent departure. Having heart palpitations wondering, Where's The Damn Ambulance?

You are one of the brightest stars in my world right now. Thanks
*smooches you with tongue*

Mmm--I went to see my sister in the residence home she's in now-I think we talked about her before. It always takes me a long while to recover--working on it now. *hugs*

Hugs make me feel better, even long distance ones. It feels good knowing some one knows and cares, and I don't feel like a whiner with you. That helps more than I could say!

I love you, you know that right?

But you are evol!! EVOL!
Evol cliffhanger woman.

At least Anya got hitched, and hey no trapping in the house because your Dawn is a much happier less whiney little thing.

Still I really, really, really hope Tara doesn't die. Looks promising, she's awake enough to cry, not just dropping down dead. I figure Buffy will be okay, but I'm actually worried about her too.

Can I bribe you with anything just to know if Tara will be okay? I'll be your bestest friend.

Oh! I am so mad at Willow! Running off for revenge when people are in need of first aid -- bad Willow!

Wonderful building of tension, all through this section. I also enjoyed Ethan's curiosity about Xander's ability.

Lovely chapter, as always. Poor Xander, feeling all torn about leaving. Is it next week yet? Stupid Warren. I'd hate him if I didn't love Adam Busch.

You get all my attention tonight hon.
I haven't responded to Changes much lately, because you seemed unsure about the season and I wanted to get a sense of how I was responding to that.
I can't say that there's much to complain of.
The tweaks are inventive and well worked.
You veered off with the AU and are melding back in so very well.
I can't suggest anything, because it really is coming along wonderfully.
The boys' interaction is always good (including O and D), I love the pack/family that's grown, and I'm loving hating Willow in this. As always I identify with Spike a bit overmuch. Ethan is interesting, and as wonky as it is, I like his energy here. I see him more clearly than I see Giles, which is really odd - considering canon and all, but it's like Giles is coming through Ethan, fascinating - really. Your Tara is lovely. And even Jonathan is endearing to me in ways. I can see why it's a struggle, but I think you're doing great. And 13 was good. I like the twist you pulled with the shooting, especially and hope you're happy with it too.
*hugs*
So much good. And I'm off to bed now to recover. *wink*

Brilliant, that was so exciting, but you've made it as bad as watching S6 on tv ::wails:: I don't want to wait a whole week before we find out what happens.

Plus, I'm really pleased you haven't killed off Tara (yet?!!)

::hugs::

okay now I'm going to be a nerve wreak for the rest of the week, but it's cool I can do this *deep breath* okay *bounces excitedly* more more more! =D

Oh wow!

Loved it!

Loved the family asking Spike to vamp out, and then applauding when he did. Hee!
And then he sulked. ::snicker::

Also loved the tweaks you gave the shooting incident. Tara lives (and I had faith that you wouldn't kill her because you like her!). But I'm hoping that Willow still flays Warren alive because a) he deserves it and b) Willow is just about ready to go completely off the rails. ;o)

But they can't go to Seattle now, surely? Not with everybody perforated like that.

Oh, and I absolutely adored the bridesmaid dresses. ::snerk:: I'm so glad you got Anya married off!

Willow willow willow. Ah, my lovely little psychopath.

And you write it so well! I like Willow, and yet I read Changes and want to smack her (in the head with something hard). Hee!

And Xander should have been gay!

I swear that's the way they were planning to go. There were so many little oneliners and offhand comments...

And I think someone at the studio made an 'executive' decision that lesbians would be more audience-friendly than gay male characters. And if I could find out who did it, I would lay the smackdown to end all smackdowns on their macho homophobic ass. Xander was so gay!

Your Willow is more believable than canon Willow. CW just seemed to go from sweet witchy Willow to psycho-witch Willow, with very little shading between the two. Akin to:

Willow's a witch
Willow's a good witch
Willow's a powerful witch
Willow's using magic a bit much nowadays
WILLOW'S THE PSYCHO-WITCH FROM HELL!

Nothing wrong with GIRLS getting it on.

Plus, it gets the guys turned on. And most men don't want to believe that women like imagining two pretty boys getting jiggy. Hee!

What did she do, exactly, in season seven? Other than the potential thing?

I think the potential thing was about all she did, because she was being all non-witchy. And we all know how well that worked in the past, don't we?

I think she's probably magically controlling the new Watcher's Council and using them as her puppets. Hee!

And ass-sex. What's not to like? ;o)
Monday, August 9th, 2004 05:29 am (UTC)
Hrmmm....just the potential thing, then. That may very well change some things....

Ooh, heck, don't trust me! I missed several eps of S7 and wouldn't you know it's the only one I haven't given in and bought on DVD yet?

(And I still haven't plucked up the courage to watch Chosen, and it's been on TV twice now. I'm a scairtycat. Hee!)

And, right there is the problem. The big, hairy skanky-assed problem. I haven't seen anything in Angel past the birth of Connor. I don't receive the right TV channels out here in the boonies, and the DVDs are still waaaaaaaay too expensive. So, until I can see Spike back in the land of the 'living', I can't watch him die... ::snif::

See? Scairtycat. ;o)

I just found this series, and it's... chocolate crack!

Spike - still wrapped up in Dru! Yes! Xander - with the seeing of Spike's complexity before the Sidhe gift!

Hyena!Xander and Soldier!Xander!! ::bounces:: Oz stayed! ::wriggles bouncily:: And the pack! ::nuzzles them::

I worship the way... The relationships have substantially changed, but the plot keeps nudging along in the same direction, and it feels right! ::frets about Tara::

Split off the core pack from the rest? ::wails:: Noooo!, but... ::worries about Spike and nasty little Glory-spots and the First::

I hope Willow gets it, but... I don't think she's scared enough yet. ::cuddles Xander and Buffy:: ::frets more about Tara:: ::gnashes teeth at Warren::
