Yes yes!
I like anthologies. I like collections of stories on one subject, or by one author, or with one defining theme. I'm funny that way.

ANYway...the No Stairway anthology is live and ready for your perusal. I'm sure some of you remember it. :) Now, i know that there was a bit of furor over the *idea* of this anthology, and while that's all well and good and yes, we can haz debate, plse... I don't want to do that *here*. Yes, i'm *in* this anthology. :)

I know there are good stories here, deserving of a read and worth your time. So enjoy!

No Stairway.

On a more personal note....we've had out-of-state, haven't-seen-in-years company since last tuesday and...well... Haven't had a lot of time to do some things, haven't felt like doing others. That's all about to change! Excellent visit, much fun, just... Being social is exhausting.

Plus, we've had two awesome thunderstorms, really cool, and the rain only came in a couple of windows so we could have *multiple* open windows during the storm. I love that. :)

Congratulations on your story in the anthology!

Visitors are always so nice to see, and then it's always so nice to see them leave. :)

Thunderstorms are great! I love to have them at night when I can be cozy in bed.

Oh yes it's so true that being social is fun but exhausting. Visits are lovely and then... so sweet when they end. I can hardly believe it when I read Jane Austen's books and catch a reference to where she mentions a visit lasting a month or more. I guess travel was so difficult and expensive back then, you didn't go unless you were intending to settle down and *stay*. Yikes!

Just read your story over on No Stairway (yes slowly, but surely you have worn me down until I have watched the first two seasons on DVD. Like I needed another addiction! It's all your fault;-D)

Deeply creepy. I love that a character as incredibly tough as Ellen is so terrified on a completely primal level. The way you write about the smells of the Winchesters totally bring out the gut reaction.

Good stuff. (As usual:-D)

ok, i may not be in the fandom, but the anthology looks absolutely beautiful! I hope it's adored by many!

And get some rest ;)

Yay! You have been formally anthologised! :P

We should hold a memorial ceremony for all those dead, excised dashes. *g*

I love thunderstorms but the last one we had lasted 8 mhours. That's 8 hours, directly overhead here, and the torrential rain lasted for 36 hours. And I'd gone to work without a coat. I nearly had to swim home. :D

Anthologies are teh awesome.

Company . . . well. Isn't there some saying about how, like dead fish, company starts to stink after two days?

I like thunderstorms--at least when I'm out in them. Which is rare. When I'm inside and it's thundering, it's not as cool, and makes me think things like "is there such a thing as lightning insurance?"

But out in it, rain sluicing down, the sky flashing and rumbling, like some god or other has the munchies. . . .

That's good stuff :)

Thunderstorms! Lucky you! *g*
The sky is all grey and menacing here, and it rains. But no thunder! :(

On to read that anthology...

I just realized: probably one of the most important things in life is being around the people you love ...

Paris Hilton doesn't think so ... did you see her last video? She is realy NUDE! I saw this video on BBC today!

Crazy people around us!
