Random post-birthday fic...

Mostly this post is to say Thank you Thank you, everyone, for the wonderful wishes i got for my birthday!


It was wonderful to see so many lj posts saying 'happy birthday' - really made my day! And people were also all over tab_bday_comm, which i really thought most everybody had forgotten. Wheeee!
I also snagged some *stuff*! Yis!

First, there's this delicious bit of Xander/Jesse friendship fic - that could become more! - from my best beloved, roxymissrose. Thank you, Ms. Thang! Friends.

Of course, the frantabulous sweptawaybayou chimed in and gave me RPS! Whoooot!! My favorite boys, all...tangled together. :) Find Your Faith. *swoons*

Then there was this lovely, lovely Spander Art from taruma16 - whooot!

Oh! And i'm a total dork. I *also* got my very own chapter of reremouse's Parts. The ultra-fun, ultra-guh genderswitch Spander she's writing. Score!!

I also got lots of offers...for fic, you dirty-minded folk!! I hope i left no one out. My brain is more and more like Swiss Cheese, i swear. Oh! julia_here posted some beautiful pictures just for meeeeeeeeeee - well, and you all, too - that made me feel all nostolgic and homesick. Heh. Even though i only lived in Washington for about three and a half years, i still miss it so much...

On the home front, I had a truly happy birthday, with love and attention from the Monstrous and Cat. I bagged a new stapler, a new electric pencil sharpener, pens, pads'o'paper, a new cordless phone since the old one was double and triple-dialing about 2/3s of the numbers, a lovely dress, some candles and...hrmmmmmmm...a nice shirt from my mum and dad...and apple pie! Yis, a great day.

I also didn't have to cook. :)


On the fic-front, i'm in the midst of several things, but not far along enough to actually start posting anything. douse_house will have some new stuff soon, but no, no fic from me at the moment! Heh. I feel odd, not having something going. Must write!

Well, that about wraps up my strange, non-ficy post. The last three/four days have seen me sick as a dog - *again* - with the same girly-parts nonsense. But hope is on the horizon in that area, i just need to talk to the gyn and...stuff...and... I'll say more later. Heh.

Anyway, i have nother lovely bit of fic from the very lovely piratepurple, who gave me an alternative Sunnydale and a Xander who runs away to join the carnival...and meets up with Spike...oh, i can't do summaries! Just go and read and luff and encourage!
