Hullo, flisties.
Just thought i'd give a wave. I don't post much, I know, unless I'm updating something, and I should probably do a wee bit *more* posting but.... I feel as though my day to day is not variable enough, nor interesting enough to make posts about. And I'm not much into random rumination....
But, here we go. :)
Show, of course. I am loving Show. The boys (mostly) talking and telling the truth, the new and different interactions between angels and demons, and monsters making armies. Plus 'Baby' was amazing, the newest hunger was amazing, Dean being flirted at by Dee Wallace....
*happy sigh* :)
The new season of 'Agent Carter' - loving it! The move 'out west' is interesting, and so are the new characters introduced. And Dottie, she has become...wow. :) Howard is fun, too, in a manic kind of Howard Hughes way - I'm expecting a Kathrine Hepburn look-alike at any moment.
Also just got caught up on 'The 100' - it's still very pretty and very violent! And good gods but these people and their filth and poorly-handled injuries! In real life, most of them would be dead or dying of sepsis. Sheesh. But i love that, like a few other shows, they have their own languages and histories. Favorite character? John Murphy. Heh. And also Octavia and Raven, they rock. Most of the 'adult' characters are amazingly annoying.
THE EXPANSE! Holy gods. I saved the best for last because i am *loving* every damn moment of that show. It's just...gorgeous, and amazing, and interesting, and i *love* the background story of Earth and Luna and Mars and the Belters.... Epic space opera! The only thing - single thing - that jars is Holden (played by Steven Strait). I dislike the character and find the actor slightly off-putting. Meh. Otherwise - whoooooooooo!! Sci-fi!! on my computer!! that's awesome!! :)
So - anybody watching these? :)
I'm also working on the last chapter of Yesternight, and on a Steve/Bucky AU fic, and on various other bits and bobs. And looking forward to being able to have my windows open all day and all night. And having health insurance for the first time in ever (plus dental!!).
So, dear flist people - how are you all?
