Wow, it's been a while, huh? Sheesh. Well, i just haven't had too much to talk about, i guess. My life = not terribly exciting.
I do have *some* news, though, so let's catch up on my life since December, shall we? Whoo! I know you all are just panting to hear. :)
sweptawaybayou came to my house for her b-day. Joy! Rapture! We hung out, we talked, we watched Show live - first time *ever*!! I've never watched live with another fandom friend. Wheeee! She got an awesome tattoo, and we had a delicious steak dinner, and it was, as always, marvelous and way too short. It was also cold as hell, heh. I hope to visit her in the summer.
Winterball got moved from some time in Dec to the second week of January because we had such awful cold, icy, snowy weather in December. The Bebe and her bestie went to Winterball together, and looked pretty spiffy, I say.
They had fun despite it being, once again, freezing.
February 2nd was our 29th wedding anniversary. It was snowy the day we got married - a lovely, lovely day! We went out for dinner with the Bebe and it was pretty low-key, but that's what you do when you're oooooooooold. Heh. (And broke, o well.)
This is us when we were dating in high school.

I honestly can't think of anything else, heh. It's snowing out right now, they cancelled school at 11 this a.m. and the roads *suck* but they still haven't called it for tomorrow, the jerks. I am not writing even though i have so many ideas, arrgh, stupid brain!!
I got a new phone, finally, a refurbished Samsung that was free since i hadn't upgraded in like ten years. It's pretty spiff, and now all my calls come through!
*waves* I'm still here, my dear friends. Still reading, enjoying, watching - still being a fan. Glad to see most of you are, too.

Congrats on the anniversary!
I am amused by the idea of the pretty and light outfits during this sort of winter weather. I think Willow had the right idea ;)

I've never watched Show live in person with anyone--I envy you that experience!--but I do love chatwatching online with a fellow fan. It really keeps the fannish feelings alive.

Nothing wrong with quiet.
And 'old' just a word. We all grow older but we don't have to grow up.
Nice to hear from you.

I remember a pic of the Bebe with her teeth missing looking like a young vampire and now she's a gorgeous young lady - my how time flies.
