The best I can come up with is "Heye shaket, yekiri," which would mean "Rest easy, my dear." IMO it's the closest equivalent to "Peace, beloved" that could be spoken in Hebrew. I wouldn't go with "shalev" or "ragu'a" because I don't think those would impart what the angel is trying to say. "Shalev" is more "serene" than anything else, and "ragu'a" is "calm".

I've asked a friend to help me out with this, so we'll see waht he has to say--he's a genius (seriously) so if he can't come up with anything better, there *isn't* anything better. :-)
