Well, the literal translation to 'Peace, beloved' would be 'Shalom, ahuv.' But I'll admit that doesn't sound quite right to me when spoken in Hebrew, I guess it just doesn't translate well. Or who knows, it could just be me. What I think would sound better is 'Al deaga, yekiri', which means 'Do not worry, my dear.' Or if you want 'All is well, don't worry' then that would be 'Ha'kol be'seder, al deaga.' Though I suspect (I'm not sure, really) that the term 'be'seder' is a more modern term, more along the lines of 'okay.' I guess 'All is well' should really be 'Ha'kol tov'.
